Yoga Classes

 

Yoga is an integrated system of personal development that has been around for 5000 years. It helps those who practice to deal with the ups and downs of life, release tension and stress, increase focus and concentration, and maximize their potential. 

Yoga works on many levels. Often, the need for relaxation is a key factor that brings people to a yoga class. But you may come to yoga to get a good work out and to increase your flexibility, address a particular health concern or loosen up those tight hamstrings.  You may want to learn about meditation and stillness. 

Finding the right approach and teacher is important, as needs differ depending on age, lifestyle, body type and personality. 

 

Bookings options for yoga classes:

  • Block of 10 weeks for $135. The start date of your block of 10 weeks is the week day you signed up for on the calendar, unless you notify us otherwise beforehand  You are allowed 12 weeks to use up your block of 10 yoga classes.
  • Casual Classes are available at $15 a session.  Please check availability beforehand.
  • One-to-one classes or smaller private sessions are available. Contact us for more information.
  • Bookings are essential as class sizes are limited for optimum service.
  • We understand that life changes and things happen. In case of illness or injury, you are very welcome to join us in class or our 'back care' class.
  • Refunds are only issued in case of serious injury or illness.
